This 1917 home has beautiful craftsman details throughout, but a disjointed 1970's partial kitchen remodel left the kitchen physically and stylistically isolated. By opening up the wall to the adjacent sunroom and adding an bar, the kitchen was seamlessly connected to the rest of the house. The original home detailing carries throughout the kitchen - in the full inset birch cabinetry, the brackets and post detailing. As a nod to the character of the original home, an existing kitchen cabinet from 1919 was preserved and relocated as a "drop zone" in the back hall. This beautiful craftsman home is now finally complete.
